Right now, I&#8217;m not getting any money at all and I&#8217;m worried. I&#8217;m in a fair amount of debt right now, because of a scam &#8220;debt relief&#8221; group that promised me that if I made payments to them, that they would pay off my debt, which was not alot at the time. Then, I still got the calls from the bank and so forth, and my debt wasn&#8217;t going away, but increasing. And then when I called them back, the place was gone. I paid them over a hundred thousand dollars over a period of time, and thought it was going towards my debt. But, it didn&#8217;t.</p>
<p>Then, I tried to file for bankruptcy, and the lawyers, that i have been paying for almost a year over three thousand for their services, haven&#8217;t done a single thing for me yet.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m on disability checks after getting hurt at my job at Kaiser, and haven&#8217;t been able to get to work since a year ago because during the physical therapy they re-tore my injury. But, since I was getting the disability checks, I have been living very frugally, but now the courts are taking all of my checks, and so I am left with nothing.</p>
<p>What advice could you give me. I have nothing right now and I am terrified.</p>

<p>We all know that the purchasing power of our money has dropped way more than the 17% the aristocratic Senator claims. </p>
<p>Even more to the point, the 5th amendment garauntees us that our property will not be seized without just compensations, so not paying rent on our land in the form of a &#8216;property tax&#8217; means that we are just being good Americans and following our Constitution.  They steal people&#8217;s property every day by confiscating our land, a violation of the 5th amendment.</p>
<p>But don&#8217;t worry, for all of you people out there that didn&#8217;t goto college, you will be forced to subsidize the people that do goto college  under this Senators legistlation.  Aren&#8217;t you happy that aristocratic Senators like this are working hard for you?<br />

<p>In Wilson v. United States, 82 AFTR 2d 98-5686 (1998), a taxpayer tried to argue that under the Fifth Amendment, he shouldn&#8217;t have to pay property taxes.  The court responded:</p>
<p>&#8220;The Supreme Court has conclusively decided that “[n]o power is more basic to the ultimate purpose and function of government than is the power to tax”, and that “the proper and efficient exercise of this government power may sometimes entail the possibility of encroachment upon individual freedom.” Bates v. City of Little Rock, et al., 361 U.S. 516, 524 (1960).&#8221;</p>

Now today I woke up to this a little earlier than usual because of the pain and went poop but it still hurts after that and I can&#8217;t go anymore. What&#8217;s wrong with me? I took Advil about a half hour ago and nothings happened yet. What should I do?</p>

It sounds like you may just have a case of the stomach flu/ Treat accordingly. Drink plenty of water. Try the BRAT diet. Bananas.rice,applesauce,toast for 12 hours. This diet is often used in sever diarrhea. If it persist see your Doctor.</p>
