You paid over $ 3,000 to an attorney to file bankruptcy a year ago and nothing was done? How long have you been sitting there waiting for things to happen? Did you try to call the attorney and get your money back? Did you file a complaint with the state bar?

"Stagflation is an economic situation in which inflation and economic stagnation occur simultaneously and remain unchecked for a period of time.[1]"

Yah, well looking out of the window it seems to be whats happening.

masturbate. it sounds soo weird & some may think its gross, but i read an article & it deffinitely helps. if youre grossed out by your fingers in the blood, do it in the shower.

Oh god been there. If you take drugs like ibuprofen and midol, they really do work but they usually (or in my experience) take about a half hour to really start working. A faster way is if you have a heating pad, put that on the crampy area while sitting up because heat and pressure can really relieve a lot of the pain. If sitting up doesnt work, try lying flat on your stomach or doing yoga to apply more pressure or to stretch your cramped uterus (not any drastic poses just ones that are guaranteed to stretch you where you need to be stretched.)

Cramp tea.
I got it from Whole Foods, but I'm pretty sure a couple other stores have it. It's Red Raspberry Leaf tea. It tastes creamy, which is weird, but it does work.

get some over-the-counter drugs (e.g ibuprofen or ask for some pacific for your symptoms). you can also buy warm patches that you place on the painful area to ease the pain during the day. do some simple exercise which really does work. hope this helps!

besides painkillers like suggested (if they don't work) lay on your back with a pillow under your butt, with your legs elevated, like, if you're laying on a couch, lay the pillow down, and when you lay down, put your feet up on the arm of said couch. it used to work for me! and, if none of it works, tell the parents and go to the doctor. alot of times for unbearable cramps a doctor will think of putting you on birthcontrol pills, just because of the decreased period. maybe you should talk to you parents about that too!

When I have bad cramps I've found that walking around helps. It allows my body to stretch out and relieve some of the pressure on my back and uterus. I know you said you cant swallow tablets but if the pain get to be bad enough you should try Midol or Pamprin. They are both medicines for period/ PMS that work wonders. They take away the bloating, cramps, and backache amazingly. Good luck!
